The Semsons Tech Mini Auto Diamond Wax Setting Machine is a purpose-built five-axis CNC automation system designed exclusively for the jewellery manufacturing industry. Every component — from the servo drive to the suction nozzle — is selected and configured for the specific demands of high-speed, high-precision wax stone setting.
Unlike adapted general-purpose CNC machines, the Semsons Tech system runs on a proprietary operating system developed in-house, built around the workflows and requirements of jewellery production. The result is a machine that integrates naturally into existing production environments.
At its core, the machine automates two physical actions that have defined diamond setting for centuries: drilling a precisely-sized and positioned hole in a wax model, and placing a diamond into that hole. The Semsons Tech machine performs these actions 9,000–12,000 times per hour, consistently, with ±0.02mm accuracy.
