Jewellery Applications &
Production Scenarios

From solitaire rings to intricate pavé bracelets — the Semsons Tech machine handles every wax setting application that skilled human setters can perform, at 8–10× the speed.

Rings

The highest-volume application. Band rings, solitaire mounts, pavé bands, eternity rings, and cocktail rings. The 360° C-axis and 150° A-tilt handle inner-shank undercuts and crown settings with no repositioning.

9,000–12,000 stones/hour

Bracelets

Flat, curved, and bangle-form bracelets with full-surface stone coverage. The 300mm X-travel accommodates full bracelet lengths; continuous rotation handles circumferential setting without a fixture change.

±0.02mm accuracy

Pendants

Complex 3D pendant forms with curved surfaces, pierced centres, and multi-level geometry. The 5-axis linkage maintains the correct attack angle on every surface regardless of model orientation.

Earrings

Small-format work including studs, drops, and hoops. The 0.8mm minimum stone size covers the finest micro-pavé earring designs. High repeatability ensures matching pairs from the same batch.

Bangles

Full-circle bangles and kadas. The C-rotation axis (360°) enables continuous setting around the complete circumference without removing the wax model from the fixture. Consistent hole depth on curved outer surfaces.

Custom & Bespoke

One-off bespoke designs, designer collections, and art jewellery. Accepts any 3D wax coordinate file — CAD output imports directly into the Semsons Tech proprietary OS. No minimum run length.
